b'H-Town Pounds Scheme The H-Town Pounds initiative was a huge success over the Christmas period with local residents purchasing these vouchers for friends and family. There were over 12,000 purchased and we are continuing to do a big push on this scheme to promote them as a great Birthday or general gift idea for this year. Vacancy Rates Working with local landlords we have successfully matched up new business with vacant units in the town centre. Our vacancy rate now stands at 1.8% with the national average standing at 14.5%.
